The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

How soon must I cancel my appoinment?You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Do you wash windows?Yes, we include interior windows in our deep cleaning packages. Or if you would like it as a seperate service, we can give you a free estimate for that service. Exterior windows are not part of our services.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Do you provide a la carte services?Yes, we can give you a free estimate for services that required more time than what is included in the regular cleanning or deep cleanning. We can also schedule time for seperate proyects that are not part of the cleanning packages. For example: window and blinds service or oraganizing closets.
